The K-Family

One important way that Kiwanis clubs serve their communities is by sponsoring similar service organizations for young people. In addition to the immediate benefits to the community, getting youth involved in meaningful service develops their good character and teaches them to be useful in big ways and small.

Circle K was started in Pullman, Washington and was formally organized as a service club in 1947. Circle K'ers are committed to leadership and service.

Key Club was first organized in 1925 and is the oldest Kiwanis youth sponsored program. More than 2 million youth have enrolled in Key Club since its inception. Our club is proud to sponsor a Key Club at the Ursuline School and at Yonkers High School.

Builders Club was launched in 1975 after middle school and junior high students started showing an interest in organizing to serve their home, school and community.

The K-Kids Pledge:

Aktion Clubs draw members from various organizations that support individuals with disabilities, as well as other community programs.
